However, it remains unclear how much the pension plan is worth. What is known is that the payout will be based on the pension credits earned during their marriage tenure. The total pension credits will then be divided between them as per that percentage.
During their divorce proceedings, Dewan alleges that Tatum put the earnings of the Magic Mike intellectual property they bought together into an “irrevocable trust.” She claimed that without her consent, he shifted the licensing rights to a third party. However, Tatum refuted the claims in a document.
He said, “I have never denied Petitioner her share of any community assets or income. I have always agreed for Petitioner to have an interest in the Magic Mike intellectual property and related entities.” The documents also accused Dewan of delaying the divorce proceedings. (via E!News)
