Just when James is about to leave, he notices his mother standing on the side and cheering for him. He runs to her and sweetly kisses her on the cheek. James’ mother seems to be touched by his reaction, and so is the internet. One fan emotionally penned, “Mummy’s boy for life.”

In a conversation with Today, James previously stated that Gloria has fulfilled the roles of both parents in his life. He shared, “I don’t know if she read about it, or she just heard about it, but from day one, I always had that mother and father inside my mother, so I never was a kid that was kind of like, ‘Where is my father?’”
Continuing further, James stated, “She gave me strength to a point where I never even had to think about that, and I have no idea where she got it from. To this day I still won’t even ask her, but she’s definitely the champion.”
