A$AP Rocky has been busy with music, fashion, and a growing family, but he seems happiest talking about life at home with Rihanna and the sibling dynamics between their sons. The rapper recently opened up about their children — RZA, 3, Riot, 2, and baby Rocki Irish, almost 3 months old. There, he shared one thing he did not expect when it came to his two older sons: the way they get along.
A$AP Rocky is shocked his sons are ‘getting along as much as they are’
During an interview with Extra, A$AP Rocky admitted that the sibling dynamics between his sons have surprised him. He said, “Well, I’m surprised that the older two [are] getting along as much as they are,” explaining that kids so close in age usually butt heads a lot more. However, in the case of RZA and Riot, they are “a happy family.”
Rihanna, who spoke to the outlet on the same carpet, had her own update on their kids. She said, “The babies are amazing. They’re all getting bigger, and I cannot take it,” as she laughed about noticing every small change. The Barbadian singer noted, “My sons, oh my god, their faces are changing. Their necks are getting longer. I love it.”
Additionally, Rocky spoke with PEOPLE at the CFDA Fashion Awards about becoming a girl dad. When asked what that means to him, he joked, “A$AP Rocky in 2026, you know. Check me out.” He also told Entertainment Tonight that Rocki is “my baby twin,” adding, “I’m happy to be a girl dad at this point.”
As for how RZA and Riot feel about their baby sister, Rocky said there are moments of jealousy, as it commonly happens in sibling relationships, but nothing serious. He said, “I think they might get a little jealous from time to time, but they ain’t got to be,” adding, “It’s a lot of love to go around, but it’s going to probably take some getting used to. Shout out to my boys and my baby girl, man. Daddy love y’all.”
