Luigi Mangione is currently on day six of his pretrial hearings, following his alleged fatal shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. During these hearings, the prosecution has just revealed several notes, which they claim Luigi penned to himself right before this killing happened.
Luigi Mangione wanted to remember to pluck those eyebrows

This attack took place in Manhattan last December. Several beats later, locals spotted Luigi at a McDonald’s restaurant in Altoona, Pennsylvania. The cops quickly arrived, and now, Luigi is in federal custody, awaiting his fate while attending his pretrial hearings. And it was during these hearings this week that prosecutors unveiled a bunch of notes, which Luigi allegedly wrote, according to RadarOnline.
“Keep momentum, FBI slower overnight,” one of these notes reportedly read. Meanwhile, a few other handwritten tips seemingly touched on his plans to change his appearance. These tips included “Change hat, shoes, pluck eyebrows,” and “buy black shoes (white stripes too distinctive).”
Then, prosecutors revealed a hand-drawn map. This map contained tips for staying undetected, as Manhattan has many, many security cameras located on every block. Additionally, Luigi apparently penned a “to-do list” to help himself evade these cameras for several hours. These tips included switching up his modes of transportation to help “Break CAM continuity,” which he knew the authorities would rely on to help track him down.
Finally, underneath this “to-do list,” prosecutors claim Luigi penned himself a reminder to “check reports for current situation,” which they believe means he was seeking out news updates about this slaying. To note, during his arrest, a red notebook containing his alleged “manifesto” was also found in his possession. And as the prosecution further argued, the handwriting within all of these pieces of evidence is very, very similar.
But as his defense asserted, any seized materials should not be permitted as evidence in this trial. As they reasoned, the arresting police officers failed to produce a warrant to search Luigi’s backpack.
TELL US – WILL LUIGI WALK? OR, WILL THESE NOTES HARM HIS CASE?
