Jack Black has reacted to Elle Fanning calling him “s** on legs” hot. For those unaware, Elle Fanning sat down with her sister Dakota for Vanity Fair’s lie detector test and said that she finds Jack Black really hot. Fanning told her sister, “He is the hottest man I’ve ever seen in my life—hot. Like ‘sex on legs’ hot.”
Jack Black responds to Elle Fanning’s comment about him
Jack Black revealed what he thinks about Elle Fanning’s comments about him. Sony Pictures recently shared a TikTok with Black and Paul Rudd for the promotion of their upcoming “Anaconda” reboot. Black addressed Fanning’s flattering comments about him.
Black asked, “Have you ever heard of body dysmorphia?” Black explained that when most people look in the mirror, they see flaws in themselves that aren’t necessarily there. However, Fanning chose to acknowledge his beauty. He remarked, “She looks at me — which objectively is a goblin gremlin — and she sees this gorgeous creature.” The 56-year-old actor dubbed it “goblin dysmorphia.”
Grateful for Fanning’s kind words, Black said, “I appreciate it, but I have to close my eyes because I can’t quite process what I’m hearing there. But thank you, Elle.”
Fanning has been in a relationship with Rolling Stone CEO Gus Wenner since late 2023. Black quipped to Fanning’s partner Wenner, “And to the boyfriend, dude — we got no beef. We’re cool. I didn’t do nothing to deserve this attention.”
The “Maleficent” star had her fangirl moment when she snapped two selfies with Jack Black in January 2024. She captioned the post, “Also THIS! Life made!”
The Vanity Fair lie detector test wasn’t the first time Fanning spoke of her fondness for Black. Back in 2024, she told Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show that she and her friends have a group chat where they collectively gush over Black. She also shared that her partner was well aware of her crush and allowed Black to be her “hall pass” (via Parade).
The 2025 “Anaconda” is a meta-reboot of the eponymous 1997 film. The reboot stars Jack Black, Paul Rudd, Steve Zahn, Thandiwe Newton, Daniela Melchior, and Selton Mello, and will release in cinemas on December 25.
