She is currently busy promoting her upcoming movie “Song Sung Blue,” alongside co-star Hugh Jackman. For her recent appearance at an advance screening of the film on December 14, she debuted a new look, which included two sheer pieces.

Kate Hudson left fans stunned by donning a butter yellow backless gown in “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days”. Over two decades later, she is still as iconic as ever. While attending the advance screening of “Song Sung Blue” at 92NY, she graced the red carpet in a sleek monochrome black ensemble.
Hudson wore a sheer, long-sleeve black top with a high neckline, subtly revealing the sheer bra underneath. This layering added texture to the outfit without making it overtly bold. The top was tucked into high-waisted black leather trousers with soft pleating through the legs, giving the outfit a relaxed yet polished silhouette.
The Golden-Globe-winning actress kept the palette clean and cohesive with pointed-toe black boots that peeked out beneath the trousers. Further, she styled her shoulder-length blonde hair simply with a middle part. She also kept her makeup minimal with lightly defined eyes, soft blush, and a neutral lip.
The advance screening was a part of 92NY Recanati-Kaplan Talks. After the screening, event moderator Annette Insdorf also interviewed Hugh Jackman and Kate Hudson. Jackman coordinated with Hudson, as he paired his white button-down with a black jacket and slim black trousers.
During the film’s New York premiere on December 11, Hudson sported a green Valentino gown with a plunging neckline. She also wore a sheer pink cape, bringing back the green-pink color combination from the Y2K era. Her fiancé, Danny Fujikawa, accompanied her to the premiere.
