Jennifer Lopez is still at the top of her fashion game, as ever. In a photoshoot for the LA Times’ The Envelope’s 2025 Oscar Actresses Roundtable, she wore a grey crop top and skirt ensemble that left many in awe. The look highlighted her toned midriff and featured shimmering beaded accents.
Jennifer Lopez stuns in Alberta Ferretti crop top and matching skirt in new photos
Styled by longtime collaborators Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn, Jennifer Lopez wore a grey Alberta Ferretti crop top with a matching pencil skirt. The top had long sleeves decorated with beaded fringes and a boat neckline. Two thin straps crossed at the waist, which gave a clear look at her toned abs. Meanwhile, the high-waisted skirt also had beaded fringes and fell to a midi-length.
Lopez styled her straight caramel-highlighted hair with a middle part, which framed her face. Her makeup was softly bronzed and glamorous, with defined eyes, a glossy nude lip shade, and sculpted cheeks. She completed the outfit with Christian Louboutin Iriza Pump in Satin.
Gwyneth Paltrow, Emily Blunt, Elle Fanning, Tessa Thompson, and Sydney Sweeney also joined Lopez for the LA Times’ Women in Film December 2025 Issue. In the interview, the actresses opened up about facing criticism, breaking out of the boxes Hollywood tries to put them in, and doing some of the most challenging roles this year. When the interviewer asked the actresses how they put aside the negative comments about their work and personal life to focus on their work, Paltrow told Lopez that she wanted to hear her answer.
The “Hustlers” star said, “From the very beginning, for whatever reason, I’ve been a lightning rod for nice things and a lot of negativity. And it’s hard because you say to yourself, ‘These people don’t get me. They don’t see me. They don’t understand me.’ Then all of a sudden they do. And then they don’t again.” She further said that she learned to tune the negativity out by staying grounded, and her parents instilled a strong sense of self-confidence in her.
