Priscilla Presley has responded to reports that her granddaughter, Riley Keough, is John Travolta’s youngest son’s biological mother. Elvis’ ex has been dragged into the courtroom drama from a $50 million breach-of-contract lawsuit.
The lawsuit was filed by Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, Priscilla’s former business associates. The court filing, submitted on December 16, names Priscilla and her son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, as defendants.
Priscilla Presley slammed the allegations as “outrageous and unethical”
According to RadarOnline.com, the Naked Gun actor called the allegations about Riley “outrageous and unethical.” The unproven claims refer to John and his deceased wife Kelly Preston’s teenage son, Benjamin, who is 15.
According to a statement by Priscilla’s counsel, “These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case.”
A new complaint also alleges that Lisa Marie Presley, Riley’s mother, could be the biological mother of John’s other two children, daughter Ella Bleu and son Jett, who died in 2009 of a seizure when he was 16, according to RadarOnline.
“Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie’s ex-husband, and the father of Harper and Finley Lockwood, approached Plaintiff Kruse, telling her that John Travolta’s wife, Kelly Preston, had been unable to bear her own children, and Travolta and Presley previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs to get pregnant,” according to the complaint.
Although it is not clear from the complaint if Lisa Marie’s eggs were used, it does appear Riley is Ben’s biological mother.
According to the filing, “Travolta and Preston approached the Presley family in or around 2010, while in Hawaii.” Lockwood said John no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie’s eggs due to her heroin use. According to the deal, Riley gave John her eggs so Kelly could give birth to Ben.
“Lockwood gave Kruse a picture of Riley with her son, Ben Travolta, at John Travolta’s house in Maine,” according to the claim. “Lockwood said Riley was given an old Jaguar and paid between $10,000 – $20,000 for the deal.”
A handwritten note provided evidence to back up the claim, but it was unclear who wrote it. There were also references to a fertility clinic and Ben’s name.
