Brad Pitt and his girlfriend, Ines de Ramon, are keeping their plans lowkey this holiday season, sticking to a tradition that works for them. The couple has plenty to celebrate right now, with their birthdays falling right next to each other just before Christmas. However, they are reportedly not planning any massive parties. Instead, they are focusing on calm and private time together.
Brad Pitt and Ines de Ramon have ‘created their own traditions together’ for holidays, per source
An insider exclusively told PEOPLE that Brad Pitt, who turned 62 on December 18, and Ines de Ramon, who celebrates her birthday the following day, have their own tradition as they plan the holidays. The source explained that since the dates are back-to-back, “they usually mark each other’s actual day with small celebrations.” They save the “bigger group celebration” for a separate time when they can get friends in the same room.
Moreover, the source claimed that Pitt is “celebrating Christmas and New Year’s with Ines,” noting that the pair have “created their own traditions together and enjoy more quiet celebrations.” Hence, rather than being a part of big events, they plan to gather a small circle of friends to “make it special.”
The insider added that things are going well for Pitt, noting that the actor is flourishing and “really doing well” as he turns 62. While he is happy about his career momentum, the source claimed he is “the most excited about” de Ramon, suggesting, “She’s perfect for him. They’re great together.”
Work has kept Pitt busy lately. His racing movie “F1” was a box office success this summer, and he has been filming “The Adventures of Cliff Booth” in Los Angeles, reuniting with director David Fincher. After such a “busy work year,” the source said Pitt is “looking forward to a break in between” projects once 2026 begins.
The Academy Award winner spoke about this shift in perspective earlier in 2024. In that, Pitt told GQ that these days, he is just trying to “enjoy the people” that he loves around him and “just living,” and based on his holiday plans with de Ramon, he is doing exactly that.
