A fan recently asked Madison Beer how she deals with “hate & bullying” on Instagram. The singer decided to open up about the topic and shared her response to that question in one of her Stories. The artist began by penning, “It’s hard to give my full response here but I will try!” She continued, “The truth is, different days come with a different response.”

After that, Madison Beer revealed, “If I’m feeling good in my personal life, having a good day etc, it’s much easier for me to brush it off and focus on what’s really in front of me these days.” The singer continued, “Which is growth I’m really proud of.” She then expressed, “But we all know the truth is, most days aren’t perfect like that.” Then, the artist candidly disclosed, “I struggle with my mental health a lot so it is really painful to go online and read so much negativity about yourself – for anyone.”

Madison Beer further talked about how she wanted people to be. The singer wrote, “I wish people were kinder.” She continued, “It’s wishful thinking but I just do really wish people would know the weight of their words, that we’re all just human beings living life for the first time.” The artist then explained, “And not every opinion u have on every single person .. needs to be shared.”

Towards the end of her answer, Madison Beer expressed, “It’s human to react and care.” “And I don’t make myself feel guilty for still getting sad sometimes about it, all these years later,” she concluded.
