Kyle Chrisley Accused of Punching Three Cops and Threats To Kill

More details have emerged about Kyle Chrisley’s arrest, and it’s messier than you ever could have imagined. In case you missed it, Todd Chrisley’s oldest son was arrested in Tennessee over the weekend on multiple assault charges, resisting arrest, and the list goes on. Now, court documents are showing the cops’ side of the story, and they claim the Chrisley Knows Best alum threatened to kill them.

According to an affidavit obtained by TMZ, Kyle allegedly punched three police officers who showed up at his house last Saturday. The chaos started when his wife called 911, saying that he had been making suicidal and homicidal threats.

Kyle’s wife told the cops that they went out to dinner earlier in the evening, where Kyle threatened her with a fork. On the drive home, things escalated, and she felt a “fear that he would assault her.”

The cops said that when they responded to the 911 call, Kyle refused to respond to their commands. Allegedly, he became aggressive with them, and things turned physical. The affidavit claimed that Kyle punched three of the officers, causing multiple injuries, and he told them he “would kill all of them.”

In the report, the cops said that Kyle appeared to be under the influence and admitted to drinking 64 ounces of beer at the restaurant. Thus, they tacked on a public intoxication charge onto his lengthy list of charges. His full rap sheet has a total of 10, including domestic assault, assaulting a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, retaliation for past actions, and disorderly conduct.

Despite the seriousness of his charges, Kyle will be home for Christmas. He was released shortly after his arrest on a $88,500 bond. He has a hearing set for January 27, 2026, which is certainly one way to start the new year.
