Jason Kelce reveals how fame has impacted his family’s ‘normal life’
Jason Kelce shared how his newfound fame, post his scintillating NFL career, has impacted his family’s normal life. The 38-year-old admitted how the limelight has changed the idea of parenting for him and his wife, Kylie Kelce. Notably, the couple has four daughters – Wyatt Elizabeth, Elliotte Ray, Bennett Llewellyn, and Finnley Anne.
Kelce dished to WSJ, “You know, I’m all over television, and my face, in particular, is much more out there. In a lot of ways, going out into public is much different for not just me but my wife, my whole family.”
Jason is the former football center for the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for 13 seasons with the Eagles and retired on March 4 last year. The former NFL center hosts the popular New Heights podcast with his younger brother, Travis Kelce.
In addition, his wife, Kylie Kelce, is the creator and solo host of the podcast Not Gonna Lie. Furthermore, the Kelce family has gained extensive attention from fans and the media due to Travis’ high-profile relationship with Taylor Swift.
However, the former Eagles star clarified that he and his wife are not letting the fame and attention go to their heads. He shared, “But we really do try to live as much of a normal life as we can, which is increasingly becoming harder. We’re finding ways to get it done. We go to Disney World and we’re still walking around. We might take a few more pictures in certain areas.”
Jason also revealed that their family shares a warm relationship with Swift. He added that it is all love and no business. The 38-year-old dished, “We’ve tried to keep a lot of that out of the relationship. I just enjoy her being my brother’s soon-to-be wife, and aunt to my kids, and we try to leave that relationship where it should be, there.”
