Prince Harry is reportedly urging King Charles to spend time with his family in 2026. Insiders claim the wayward royal is urging his dad to stay at his California home during a spring US trip. Some family time is definitely overdue – the King hasn’t seen his state-side grandchildren for four years.

Recent reports suggest King Charles is desperate to get to know his grandkids in the US. And apparently the feeling is mutual – for Harry at least. The Prince is apparently desperate for the King to stay at his Montecito mansion on his state visit in April.
Charles is said to be a doting grandfather to Prince William’s children. But he hasn’t spent any time with Harry’s kids for years. Now the youngest prince is said to be pleading his dad to build a relationship with them.
A source told Radar Online: “Harry has made it clear that he would love his dad to come and visit him and the family. He knows that they are strained, but he has mentioned several times a hope that his father can have a relationship with his grandchildren.”
Harry also hasn’t spent much time with his dad in recent years. The pair’s much-anticipated reunion last September is said to have gone well. The Prince has long said he isn’t willing to bring his family to the UK since his government-funded was scrapped when he stepped back from royal duties.
But that could also be about to change. Last month, it was revealed that a new review into the security measures had been given the green light – suggesting he could be about to spend more time in his home country.
