Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman’s divorce update
According to settlement documents obtained by PEOPLE, Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman have waived all rights to spousal and child support. The court also mandates that each of them is responsible for their own legal fees and expenses. The pair has also reached a mutual agreement to divide their properties and retain their current possessions.
Additionally, the court document outlines a parenting plan for Urban and Kidman to care for their two daughters. It states that the pair are required to “behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship with the child even though they are divorced.”
“They will not speak badly of each other or the members of the family of the other parent,” the agreement states. Both Kidman and Urban must “encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families.”
Faith and Sunday will primarily reside in Kidman’s home 306 days out of the year. On the other hand, Urban will spend 59 days with the kids. He will also have them for every other weekend, from 10 a.m. on Saturday to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Kidman and Urban called it quits after 19 years of marriage. The couple reportedly separated in June 2025. Sources claimed that Kidman wanted to save the marriage while Urban did not. She officially filed for divorce on September 30, 2025, in Nashville, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the separation.
