The series premiere of The Valley: Persian Style is right around the corner, and everybody’s talking about Golnesa ‘GG’ Gharachedaghi.
In a sneak peek of the series premiere, the former Shahs of Sunset crew are wasting zero time getting into drama, and it looks like they’re trying to bring out the old GG by gossiping about her behind her back. Will she lose her cool, or will we see a new and improved GG? Check out the clip below.
The drama’s already starting on The Valley: Persian Style
Decider got a sneak peek at the series premiere of The Valley: Persian Style, and just like old times, everybody’s got GG’s name in their mouths. The new series picks up with her in the middle of a house hunt, but her former Shahs costars had some concerns about her finances.
The clip shows Reza Farahan and Mercedes “MJ” Javid at a party gossiping about GG’s financial situation. Is her credit score low? Why does she need a cosigner on her house? Does she really need 5,500 square feet?
As Reza and MJ are having this discussion, GG arrived at the party. MJ quickly let her know that they were talking about her. Poor GG barely had a chance to say hello.
“I have to tell you, you’ve been a topic tonight,” MJ said. “About your house hunt.”
GG replied, “Can I get kissed before I get f*cked?”
MJ didn’t take the hint. Rather than giving GG some room to breathe, she kept talking about the house hunt. After all of these years away from television, MJ needed to make sure they had some drama on this show.
“Don’t be upset at all,” MJ told GG, who was visibly trying to keep her cool.
The clip ended before we could see exactly how things unfolded. But we have a feeling GG isn’t going to stand for her entire cast talking behind her back right out the gate. She made herself crystal clear in her confessional interview.
“I’m not sure the intention behind this, but you know if you guys are going to find ways to fix my problem, talk about that. Other than that, shut the f*ck up,” GG said.
The Valley: Persian Style premieres on Bravo with two new episodes on Thursday, January 8 at 9/8c. You can stream it the next day on Peacock.
