Elle Fanning donned a sleek strapless black minidress adorned with sequins. It featured a clean neckline and a fitted silhouette. In one of the sets, she wore an oversized faux-fur coat in tiger-striped tones. For the second set, she switched into a pale ivory coat. The dress, as well as the furry coats, were from Gucci, and they added vintage luxury and cinematic drama to her looks.
The photos captured her pulling the coats close or letting them fall off her shoulders. She accessorized with Cartier High jewellery, including a diamond necklace and drop earrings. In one close-up, a pair of sunglasses was perched on her head. She finalized the look with Wolford tights and Gucci shoes. Her hair was slicked back into a neat, low style with a deep side part. Meanwhile, her makeup featured defined brows and a vivid red lip.
Another look showed Fanning dressed as a nurse. In her interview with W Magazine, she opened up about the magazine’s photographer, Tyrone Lebon, asking her to dress up as a nurse. She said, “I was in full-on candy striper mode. Tyrone told me that my character was posing as a nurse to poison a babysitter she had had in the past. He wanted my eyes to look as crazed as possible when I leaned into the camera.”
Her dress and hat for this look were from Ponte. She paired the nurse’s uniform with Wolford tights and Donna Karan New York sandals. Her hairstyle and makeup remained the same for this look, but she appeared to have no jewellery on.
