Kourtney Kardashian elevates teeny tiny minidress with $1,200 Acne Studios sock boots
Kourtney Kardashian took to Instagram on January 7 to share a series of photos from her new photoshoot. In the pictures, she wore an ultra-short ivory minidress with a low neckline, lace panels throughout the corset-style bodice, and delicate, fluttering sleeves. Soft ruffles framed the top and bottom of the finely elasticated shirring, which hugged the lower half of her body in an opaque fabric. The lace and opaque material panelling added texture to the look.
Styled by Marc Eram, Kardashian paired the dress with Distressed Sock Boots in Cream Beige from Acne Studios. The cable-knit merino wool shoes are on sale for $1,200 on Modesens and Poshmark. Celebrity hairstylist Glen “Coco” Oropeza styled the Poosh founder’s dark hair in loose waves and face-framing bangs. Her accessories included layered necklaces and a few rings. Meanwhile, her makeup was minimal with a nude lip and contoured cheeks, courtesy of makeup artist Jennifer Luney Tioseco.
Kardashian posed against a sleek kitchen backdrop. While she held a pineapple as a prop in one picture, others captured her holding cookware. The WWD style awards will take place at the Regent Santa Monica. It will also honor the late Giorgio Armani, Demi Moore, Pamela Anderson, and Hailey Bieber.
In the caption, Kardashian wrote, “I wanted wellness to feel the opposite of intimidating… something personal, approachable, and part of everyday life. Thank you @wwd for the honor.” Fans rushed to the comment section to compliment her look, as one remarked, “You look sooooo goodddd.” Some other fans wrote, “so so cute,” “The outfit is so nice! Especially the feet’s,” and “Loving this vibe.”
