Why 18-Year-Old Piper Rockelle Refuses to Call Herself ‘Sex Worker’

OnlyFans’ Piper Rockelle was asked recently if she considers herself a sex worker in a conversation with Rolling Stone. She revealed that it’s not right to label someone as a sex worker. She’s aware that adult work has existed for a long time and was created for a reason: to provide job opportunities and entertainment. While Rockelle is okay if people consider her a sex worker, she doesn’t call herself that and believes that whatever she’s doing on the platform is for her secure future.

In a conversation with Rolling Stone, Rockelle opened up on why she believes that it’s a bad thing to label someone as a sex worker. She said, “I think that the word sex worker is a very bad sticker to put on someone. But unfortunately, sex is inevitable. It’s human nature. Looking at others has been around forever. ” Explaining why adult work was started in the first place, she added, “This is not a new thing that has just started. It was created for a reason, and it gives people jobs, and people watch it. It’s terrible, but that’s the world that we live in.”

While she doesn’t mind if people think of her as a sex worker, she refuses to label herself with that term. Rockelle elaborated, ” I’m doing this for my future, and I enjoy taking these photos that I’m taking, and it’s performing well. I think that a lot of people have to have crazy, crazy amounts of morals to not take up these opportunities that are being thrown at me.”

Earlier, in a video interview with The Hollywood Fix, Rockelle revealed that she makes more money from OnlyFans than from YouTube. She said, “I don’t think I ever got paid like that from YouTube. I filled my house with sand once for a video and it cost $20,000. I couldn’t keep doing things like that without money coming in.” While she believed that things could get better after monetization following her turning 18, her appeal wasn’t accepted either. She revealed that she still cries about the situation with her channel.
