Timothee Chalamet and Kylie Jenner’s matching outfits have turned into a red carpet moment. Their matching orange Chrome Hearts at the “Marty Supreme” premiere was a clear couple moment. Now, the “Wonka” actor is teasing more twinning looks.
He addressed it backstage at the Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards after taking the Spotlight Award. Since cameras follow every step, the fashion question landed fast.
Timothee Chalamet and Kylie Jenner have more matching outfits on the way
In an Entertainment Tonight YouTube backstage clip, Nischelle Turner opened with the reaction. Turner said, “We all went crazy for the matching chrome heart. Orange chrome hearts with you and Kylie.” Then she asked about more coordinated looks. Turner said, “Are we going to get that going down the road?”
Chalamet kept the answer open-ended, without committing to a repeat. Chalamet said, “We’ll see. You’ll see.” Then he hinted that the couple’s orange phase might be done. Chalamet said, “The orange might be retired, but let’s see.” Still, he suggested the matching itself could continue.
Chalamet said, “But we could get the matching.” He also tied the premiere look to his movie headspace. Chalamet said, “I went full Marty mode tonight.” However, he implied the styling could be toned down soon. Chalamet said, “I’m toning it back now.”
Meanwhile, Turner pushed for more. Turner said, “I’m digging. I want it.” Jenner runs Kylie Cosmetics and appears on “The Kardashians.” Chalamet is known for films like “Dune” and “Wonka.” As a result, their outfits get read as signals, not accidents.
Later, the conversation shifted to handling constant attention. Chalamet joked, “A tremendous sense of narcissism.” Right after, he clarified the joke. Chalamet said, “No, that’s a joke. Don’t take that out of context, folks.” So, he seems aware of how fast a moment travels. The orange may be shelved, but the twinning may continue. Either way, their next appearance now has a fashion subplot.
