Emma Stone takes on butter yellow trend in ab-baring Louis Vuitton crop top and skirt

At the 83rd Annual Golden Globes at The Beverly Hilton on January 11, Emma Stone showed up in a custom Louis Vuitton outfit. She embraced the timeless butter yellow trend for the star-studded event. Her midriff-baring silk crop top had a boat neckline. Meanwhile, her low-rise skirt featured beaded fringes that added movement to the sleek look.

Styled by Petra Flannery, Stone wore Louis Vuitton custom sandals. Her accessories were minimal, featuring two rings and a monogrammed leather bag from the same luxury brand. Stone sported her bob in shiny waves with a center part. Furthermore, her makeup was simple, consisting of a nude lip and black eyeliner. At the 2025 Golden Globes, she also wore a Louis Vuitton ensemble, styling a red mermaid gown with her pixie cut.

In 2024, Stone won the Golden Globe award for Best Actress for her role in “Poor Things.” She has also received nominations for her performances in movies like “The Curse”, “La La Land”, “The Favourite”, and more. This year, other nominees for the award were Cynthia Erivo, Rose Byrne, Chase Infiniti, Kate Hudson, and Amanda Seyfried. Byrne took the trophy home for her role in the psychological comedy-drama, “If I Had Legs I’d Kick You.”

Besides Stone’s nod, “Bugonia” received two other nominations. These were Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy and Best Performance by a Male Actor for Jesse Plemons. Leonardo DiCaprio’s “One Battle After Another” won the Best Motion Picture, and Timothée Chalamet was named the Best Male Actor for his titular role in “Marty Supreme.”
