Timothy Busfield may have to face more charges in court. The actor from shows like The West Wing is already facing allegations of engaging in unlawful sexual conduct with twin boys while on the set of The Cleaning Lady in 2022.
On Wednesday, a new report surfaced that the husband of Melissa Gilbert reportedly behaved inappropriately towards a 16-year-old girl. A warrant had been issued for the two boys as Timothy was initially at large. He surrendered to police in New Mexico on Tuesday.

The alleged past actions of Timothy may be catching up to him. One day after his arrest on unlawful sexual conduct charges, the actor is being accused of something else. Colin Swift reportedly told law enforcement that Timothy abused his daughter years ago.
According to a pre-trial motion obtained by People, the alleged incident took place at the B Street Theatre in Sacramento, California. That was when the teenager claimed that Timothy “kissed her and put his hands down her pants and touched her privates.” The actor and director reportedly begged the family not to report what happened to law enforcement if he went therapy.
After his arrest, Timothy said he is determined to confront the lies he says are being told about him while on the set of The Cleaning Lady. He says that all of those allegations were lies. When those reports first surfaced, he went missing for days.
Documents revealed that Timothy spoke with police over the phone regarding the allegations against him. He said it was “highly unlikely” he had physical contact with the accusers in the alleged incident involving the twin boys.
Timothy’s wife, Melissa, deleted her social media account as the accusations against him began making headlines. Timothy’s lawyer, Larry Stein, says his client is innocent and determined to clear his name.
