Donald Trump’s visit to the Ford factory didn’t go quite the way he was expecting.
On Tuesday, January 13, during his tour of the Detroit, Michigan Ford plant, Trump was heckled by an auto worker. Referring to Trump’s association with Jeffrey Epstein, the man yelled, “Pedophile protector!”
Though he kept walking, video shows Trump clearly saying, “F*ck you,” before flipping him the bird. So presidential.

Later identified as Ford employee TJ Sabula, the man was swiftly suspended from his job at the plant. But as the White House scrambled to defend the president’s response, two separate GoFundMe accounts have been started in TJ’s support.
Following his suspension without pay, a “longtime personal friend” of TJ’s family set up a GoFundMe. Her original goal was to raise $10,000 to tide his family over. But in less than one day, her campaign had already reached more than $100,000, and is still climbing. In fact, at this point, nearly 10,000 well-wishers have donated almost $250,000 just to her campaign.
As for the other GoFundMe, which set out to raise $250,000 for TJ and his family, the current total is nearly $400,000. Nearly 18,000 supporters have contributed to this campaign, which is titled, “TJ Sabula is a patriot!!”
The organizer of that second campaign claims to have already transferred control of the GoFundMe over to TJ. Meanwhile, all of that cash will go a long way to help TJ and his family while he’s out of work … and then some!
Following the incident, TJ told the Washington Post that he has “no regrets whatsoever.”
“I don’t feel as though fate looks upon you often,” he added. “[But] when it does, you better be ready to seize the opportunity. And today I think I did that.”
