New York City’s history-making Mayor will return to a popular daytime talk show. Zohran Mamdani became the head honcho in the Big Apple last November in one of the biggest election upsets the city has ever seen. He defeated former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo to become the first Muslim and Asian American Mayor in NYC.
It’s expected he’ll be using a popular talk show to discuss the city’s state of affairs and American politics. Next week won’t be the first time we see him on this well-known program.
Mayor Mamdani is set to appear on ABC’s The View

Tuesday’s edition of The View promises to be another politically charged one. It is sure to draw plenty of eyeballs to the show. That’s when Zohran is set to return to the show for the first time since October.
If next week’s program is anything like his previous appearance, we can expect plenty more outrage being thrown at Donald Trump. In the month leading up to his election victory last year the former New York City assembly member addressed concerns that the President would withhold federal funding from New York if he was elected. He says Donald makes constant threats like this and to his surprise many are against the city he grew up in. The President was born in Queens.
Since stepping into the Mayor’s office though the storms between Zohran and Donald appear to have calmed. The President has spoken highly of the incoming Mayor since his election triumph. The two have reportedly been texting back and forth recently.
If these foes have become friends, you might want to get some popcorn ready and enjoy a fiery episode of The View. The President has often been called out by the co-hosts on the show. One of the longtime panelists Whoopi Goldberg recently slammed the President over threats to invoke an insurrection act in Minnesota. Things have been tense since the shooting death of Renee Nicole Good, deemed a domestic terrorist by the Trump administration. She was shot to death by ICE agents earlier this month.
TELL US – DO YOU THINK NEW YORK’S MAYOR WILL HAVE GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THE PRESIDENT ON TUESDAY?
