According to a police report obtained by TMZ, police caught up with Tyler on Tuesday, January 13, serving a warrant that dated back to November 2025. At the time, sheriffs from Palm Beach County, Florida, responded to a domestic dispute call in Loxahatchee, Florida.

When the cops arrived, Tyler’s girlfriend at the time spoke to the cops and shared videos showing him coming into physical contact with her. Allegedly, Tyler pulled a towel she was holding, causing her to be “yanked forward and downward.” The video also reportedly showed him grabbing her arm.

In another video shared with the cops from October 2025, Tyler allegedly snatched a blanket from his girlfriend and threw it back at her. After reviewing the footage, the cops determined they had probable cause to arrest Tyler on a simple battery charge.

Of course, Tyler has a totally different story about what went down. He told TMZ that his ex-girlfriend’s claims are “a bunch of bullsh*t,” and he called her a “vengeful person.”

Tyler also explained that he previously tried to get an order of protection against his ex-girlfriend. He listed out a variety of claims, including destruction of property and verbal harassment. His case was dropped after he missed a hearing. However, he believes his ex filed the battery charge in an act of retaliation.

Regardless of who’s telling the truth here, it sounds like these two are exes for good reason. We’ll see if the charges against Tyler stick.

Ink Master is streaming on Paramount+.
