Everyone appears to be turning their backs on Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, even his own family. The former Prince lost that title when the bombshell revelation of his ties with sex offender Jeffrey Epstein went public. Andrew reportedly had a girl sex trafficked to him by the late financier.
That is just the tip of the iceberg of Andrew’s problems as he looks to rebuild his life, which has been torn apart by scandals. He may have to navigate all of this without one of his daughters.
Princess Eugenie is supposedly not speaking with her dad Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor
He’s lost his Royal Lodge home, his royal titles, and now it appears his daughter. That’s according to the Daily Mail, which reports that Princess Eugenie is not speaking to her now-infamous father. “There’s no contact at all, nothing,” an insider told the publication. That is said to have left Andrew “devastated.”
Even though she and her sister Princess Beatrice, didn’t lose their royal titles, Eugenie apparently didn’t visit her dad during Christmas. Andrew may still have Beatrice for now, as she is apparently walking a very slippery slope. Insiders say that she’s trying not to cut her father off while also remaining tied to the royal family. That will not be easy, given King Charles is the one who evicted Andrew from his home.
In November, Andrew was said to be feeling fragile regarding his departure from royal life. Beatrice invited the former Prince and his mother, Sarah Ferguson, to her daughter Athena’s baptism in London last December. It’s believed that Andrew and Sarah are a bit lost since their scandals came out.
Although he’s not on good terms with Eugenie, Andrew reportedly still wants her and Beatrice to stay close to the royal family. This is allegedly so they can act as spies for him on the inside.
In December, the UK Ministry of Defence announced that the Defence Council of the UK had removed Andrew’s honorary rank of vice admiral.
