Kim Kardashian is addressing the speculation that she and one of her BFF’s are no longer close. Rumors have been circulating that the reality star isn’t speaking with Jonathan Cheban anymore. The two have been friends for many years, though some feel that’s no longer the case.
The two have known each other for a long time before Kim became the TV sensation she is today. In addition to being a single mother of four, Kim is constantly on the go with her show The Kardashians and her beauty line KKW, which is said to be worth over $1 billion.
Is Kim Kardashian still friends with Jonathan Cheban?
Family comes first for Kim. That, however, doesn’t mean she has to permanently cut off her good friends. Speaking on her sister Khloé Kardashian’s podcast Khloé in Wonder Land, Wednesday, Kim discussed her relationship with Jonathan. “Jonathan and I are good,” stated Kim. The billionaire added that it’s difficult to maintain friendships when you have kids.
Even though she and Jonathan aren’t spending hours on end together, the two are not on bad terms. When the thought of her and Jonathan being estranged came up, Kim responded, “That was crazy. I love Jonathan.” She then got him on the phone for a live chat on the show. The two chatted while exchanging pleasantries during the call.
As for where this rumor started, Jonathan has previously said that people have speculated that it might be because he hasn’t been seen in many of her recent social media posts or on her show. He did emphasize, though, that he and Kim are fine.
Crazy speculation tends to follow the Kardashians nearly everywhere they go. In November, rumors suggested that Kim was having a friends-with-benefits affair with Drake.
In addition to family life, Kim and Jonathan live farther apart. Jonathan currently resides in New York, while Kim is in Los Angeles.
