The Beckham family feud has taken a new turn. David and Victoria Beckham’s son, Brooklyn, recently shared in his Instagram Stories, “My mum hijacked my first dance with my wife,” and even danced “inappropriately on me in front of everyone” after being called up on stage, making him feel “uncomfortable or humiliated.”
Post the revelation, various dance memes about the former Spice Girls singer have gone viral, leaving her distraught. “Victoria is really embarrassed now she’s being mocked online, it’s just devastating to her,” revealed a source to The Sun.
And it seems, there was an ounce of truth in Brooklyn’s claims as one of the wedding guests reportedly backed his statement. Stavros Agapiou was one of the many guests who attended the wedding with his boyfriend, British DJ Fat Tony, who performed at the reception.
Agapiou reacted to the bombshell claims in an Instagram comment, saying, “I was there and she did, he’s telling the truth.” Although the comments have since been deleted, before being taken down, Agapiou also allegedly added, “Good on him for finally speaking out!”
However, his father, David, didn’t address Brooklyn’s rant. Instead, he discussed the power of social media in an interview. “I have always spoken about social media and the power of social media . . . For the good and for the bad.” He further added that he believes his kids have to learn from their mistakes.
