She opened the platform to her fans for dropping questions, which she answered on her IG Story. One of the users asked her about her anxiety and how she has managed it. She revealed a few tricks that helped her calm her emotions.

Paltrow talked about managing anxiety during a Q&A session with fans on Instagram. She posted their questions on her Story and recorded or wrote the answers. Among many, one of the queries read, “How do you manage anxiety?”
Through a short paragraph, Paltrow revealed, “I can’t really avoid anxiety, but I try to temper it with remembering things I am grateful for, breathing deeply, going for a walk, and shouting at the bushes (it helps) and being good to myself.”
Aside from this, the award-winning actress was also asked questions about her acting, workout regimen, topic of her next podcast episode, and a few related to fashion designer Valentino, who passed away on January 19, 2026.
Furthermore, another mental health-related query appeared in the later slide. It read, “How do you avoid overfunctioning and burnout?” To answer this question, the Marty Supreme star recorded a selfie video.
In it, she said that she has “avoided neither.” She has been feeling those emotions, but has been trying to work on them and get “a little better this year.” Paltrow continued, saying that she has “really prioritizing sleep and boundaries around working and not working, but I have some work to do.”
The Hollywood icon recently made her comeback in movies with Marty Supreme, alongside Timothée Chalamet. Their intimate scenes in the film caught everyone’s attention, and she has also talked about their onscreen chemistry in multiple interviews.
