Hilaria Baldwin has apparently gone under the knife to “save” her marriage to Alec Baldwin and “support” the pair’s large family. This comes after Hilaria was booted off Dancing With the Stars in week four, which has seemingly knocked her confidence.

According to a Radar Online source, Hilaria has had a boob job to improve her image, both publicly and within her marriage, which is apparently “on shaky ground.”
“She’s definitely had them done,” the insider said. “She’s looking to perk up her image to help build her brand.”
To that end, the source added that Hilaria is “certainly looking very perky these days.”
“She wants to make herself as appealing as ever to the bigwigs in Hollywood,” the insider continued. “Especially with Alec having a hard time since the Rust tragedy.”
“Hilaria and Alec have a big family to support,” they went on, pointing to the seven children they share (plus another from Alec’s previous relationship with Kim Basinger). “They will do whatever it takes to stay afloat.”
While Hilaria’s rep dismissed the claim she’s actually had a boob job, it’s no secret she looks after her body. The actor, podcaster, and mom-of-seven is also a yoga instructor, and she regularly posts workout videos on social media.
“You always look fantastic,” someone commented on a recent Instagram post in which Hilaria did a full-body workout. “You make everything look so easy!” another fan commented, while a third added that she looks “great.”
“I’m so motivated to have your figure,” someone said on another one of Hilaria’s Instagram workouts. “Serious body goals,” agreed someone else.
