Royal Family Reunion Chances ‘Blown’ After Prince Harry’s Court Appearance — Source

Prince Harry’s royal revelations during his recent court appearance may have destroyed any chance of reconciling with his family. The Duke of Sussex testified in London’s High Court this week in his privacy case against the Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday’s publisher, Associated Newspapers.

He described the media intrusion in court, which he alleges caused lasting damage to his personal relationships.

According to RadarOnline sources, Harry’s “truth bombs” have “blown any chance of a royal family reunion to smithereens.” On the stand, he spoke about the palace pressuring him to create relationships and work with royal correspondents. The prince said, because of this traditional policy, he couldn’t challenge the press.

“These courtroom so-called ‘truth bombs’ have completely blown any chance of a royal family reunion to smithereens,” said a palace aide. “By speaking so openly about how things worked behind palace walls, Harry has confirmed fears that he cannot be trusted to keep family matters private. “

Other public figures are also now in court challenging the alleged improper press behavior, including Elton John.

Harry called the journalists’ behavior, “disgusting. I have never believed that my life is open season to be commercialized by these people.”

While on the stand, Harry complained of being “forced to perform” for journalists. He revealed he was raised to go along with the system since he was young.

He was visibly upset describing how the press intrusion impacted his wife, Meghan Markle. “They continue to come after me – they have made my wife’s life an absolute misery,” he said, adding that any story leaks did not originate from his friends. “My social circles were not leaky, I want to make that absolutely clear.”

Prince Harry testified he never used a pseudonym in messaging a journalist. He cut contact with suspected leakers before realizing information was obtained by journalists hacking.

By discussing royal life in detail, Harry “has sealed their view that he speaks too freely,” according to an insider. “In their eyes, this testimony was not just about the press but about exposing family dynamics that were meant to stay private.”
