Below Deck Down Under is returning on February 2 for Season 4. How ironic is it that the new season premieres on Groundhog Day with the inclusion of so many faces from Below Deck’s past?
Even more ironic is that Captain Jason Chambers and his crew won’t actually be “down under” this season. For some reason, the crew is in the Caribbean, specifically Canouan. Though they’re not really “down under,”, as Captain Jason says, “Down under is a state of mind.”
Not only will the Season 4 crew welcome the full cast from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, but the crew list includes multiple familiar faces.

First to arrive Chief Stew Daisy Kelliher, Chef Ben Robinson and Bosun João Franco. As they exclaim over the size of the boat, Chef Ben says, “Well, it’s probably got quite a big galley if it’s that beamy.”
Not missing a beat, João snaps back, “Love a boat with a big girth.”
It’s been six years since Ben’s worked on a boat. Serendipitously, he “bumped into” Captain Jason a week earlier. Jason had just lost his Season 4 chef, so he immediately offered Ben the job.
For her part, Daisy explains, “My last four seasons on Parsifal had so many ups and downs. I am so ready for a clean slate.” We all remember Gary King…
“I am looking forward to a new phase of my life,” she says. “I’ve got new hair, [and] I’m looking forward to a new crew.”
Meanwhile, João has grown up a lot in the past few years and is ready to prove himself. “I’m a captain,” he says. “I’ve got a license to drive any vessel under 3,000 gross ton, and I do. But Jason, he’s like a big brother to me and a mentor. I trust him, and I believe that I can learn more from him.”
Below Deck Down Under Season 4 premieres February 2 at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams on Peacock the following day.
