King Charles Feels Prince William & Prince Harry’s Feud Is ‘Absurd’ — Source

The feud between King Charles, Prince William, and Prince Harry is back in the headlines after a new report. The royal rift has lingered since the Sussex exit, and it shadows any talk of a UK return.

A new piece paints the monarch as fed up with the stalemate. It also points to Harry and Meghan’s 2020 step-back as the moment everything changed. Now, the claim is that King Charles wants progress, not another round of public tension.

King Charles thinks Prince William and Prince Harry’s feud is ‘trivial and exhausting,’ says source

As per RadarOnline report dated January 26, 2026, one insider said the king has run out of patience. The source framed the dispute as “trivial and exhausting.” They also said, “From Charles’s perspective, this dispute has dragged on to an absurd degree.” Then they summed up his mood, “Everyone needs to grow up!”

However, the report also laid out why the split stays frozen. It said the Prince of Wales and the Duke of Sussex have not spoken since 2022. Meanwhile, it noted they both attended Lord Robert Fellowes’ funeral in 2024. It also referenced Harry’s High Court case over alleged media intrusion. The report said a Scotland trip by William overlapped that visit. In turn, it cited Harry’s 2023 memoir “Spare” as another rupture point. It said the book revived claims of a physical row. It also warned the standoff is “damaging to the monarchy’s image.”

At the same time, the insider said King Charles wants contact with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. Even so, the report said he does not excuse past choices. “Charles isn’t blind to the missteps Harry and Meghan have made,” the source said. They added, “Holding on to anger is a waste of what little time anyone truly has.” Ultimately, the insider said, “Forgiveness matters more now.” He wants “the door opened” for a reset. The British Royal family feud remains unresolved.
