Justin Baldoni was recently spotted enjoying a relaxing beach day in Costa Rica with his family, shortly after his 42nd birthday. Photos from the outing capture the It Ends With Us take a stroll along the beach shirtless, with a surfboard in his arms. (via Page Six)
Baldoni was all smiles as he shared some affectionate moments with his wife Emily and their two kids, Maiya Grace and Maxwell Roland-Samuel. At one point, the star indulged in some beverage as he soaked up the cheerful beach atmosphere.
Some photos also capture Baldoni hitting the waves and showing off his surfing skills. The Jane the Virgin star remained shirtless throughout, with his sculpted abs on display, wearing nothing but a pair of shorts. He also opted for two chain necklaces as accessories.
Baldoni’s tropical getaway comes amid his ongoing legal battle with It Ends With Us costar Blake Lively, who sued him for sexual harassment. Most recently, a barrage of text messages and other exhibits were reportedly unsealed just ahead of the summary judgment hearing. It included private conversations between Lively and Taylor Swift, as well as other individuals associated with the case, including Jenny Slate (via CNN).
One text conversation recently made headlines where Swift allegedly called Baldoni a “b****” with a “tiny violin.” The singer also reflected on her friendship with the Gossip Girl star, saying, “It feels awful to be in any way critical of any way you process what you’ve been going through but I just kinda miss my funny, dark, normal-speaking friend who talks to me as herself.”
Lively’s lawsuit against Baldoni is scheduled to go to trial on May 18, 2026.
