Kylie Kelce is getting real about the “chaos” of parenting. The mother of four and wife of retired NFL star Jason Kelce recently opened up about the struggle of finding time for herself. Appearing on a special Snow Day episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, Kelce shared how she balances a busy household with her health goals. Instead of perfection, she focuses on reality, proving that even “football’s favorite family” deals with skipped workouts and living room sweat sessions.

During a candid Q&A session on her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, Kylie Kelce was asked about her “mantra” for the days she lacks motivation. She didn’t hold back, admitting that a strict schedule isn’t always possible. “The last time I worked out was three weeks ago in the living room,” she revealed. The podcast host described a relatable mom hack for staying active, saying, “I think that I airplayed my Peloton app to the TV and then I used my children as weights. So that was fun.”
Kelce explained that her current approach is all about balance and mental peace. “I try my very best not to get in my head. Some days I’m going to work out. Some days I’m not. Some days I eat really healthy. Some days I don’t. It all evens out,” she shared. The mom of four acknowledges that while she misses having time for herself, she is “certainly not wishing away” the current season of life with her young daughters.
Currently, Kelce prioritizes family needs over the gym. She spends her time “doing tasks that benefit our family as a whole,” like cooking and eating together. However, the former field hockey player is looking forward to the future. She told listeners, “As soon as I start getting a full night’s sleep, I cannot wait to wake up consistently early in the morning and get a workout in.” For now, Kelce is happy to embrace the beautiful, busy life she has built with Jason.
