Everything’s falling into place for Selling Sunset alum Nicole Young. Following an incredibly toxic and dramatic Season 9, Nicole, her husband, and their two fur babies packed everything up and relocated to Nashville, Tennessee. They are already settled in their new digs. And thankfully, their former residence in Los Angeles has just sold. So for Nicole, it’s now Music City or bust; there’s no going back.
Nicole Young’s Los Angeles home is off the market

As Selling Sunset fans recall, Season 9 (among a few others) wasn’t Nicole’s best. She stuck her foot in her mouth when speaking to Chrishell Stause about her late parents. She also started rumors and suggested that any listing Chishell received was, in part, due to her former relationship with her boss. By the end of Season 9, Nicole found herself in the proverbial principal’s office, and shortly after, she left LA in her rearview mirror for Tennessee.
As for the house that she and her husband left, according to TMZ, this 2,682-square-foot residence, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, has closed. On Wednesday, Nicole scored a whopping $2.1 million for this transaction. And now, its new owners get to enjoy Nicole’s sprawling property, boasting 25,000 square feet.
Among this home’s recent upgrades are a chef’s kitchen bearing custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and picture windows. There is a resort-style saltwater pool and jacuzzi, plus its two oversized patios. But it was also designed for comfort, thanks to a new HVAC system, built-in speakers throughout the living spaces, a custom bar with two wine fridges, and even a whole-house water filtration system.
Cheers to the new owner.
Selling Sunset is streaming on Netflix.
