Donald Trump’s powers of manipulation are apparently very strong. That’s according to Marjorie Taylor Greene, who had more strong words about the President and his famous slogan that’s won over plenty of Americans. The former Representative of Georgia calls the Make America Great Again (MAGA) theory a “lie.”
Once considered one of Donald’s closest allies, Marjorie believes his slogan has been brainwashing people to buy into an idea that isn’t real. She claims that the real estate mogul has done nothing but sell people a lie.
Marjorie Taylor Greene continues to slam President Trump
It seems abundantly clear that there will be no reconciliation between Marjorie and Donald. On a recent appearance on The Kim Iversen Show, she says that Americans were “spoon-fed the propaganda on TV” by MAGA. She believes, however, that many aren’t brainwashed anymore and are realizing how phony Trump’s slogan was.
In early January, Marjorie officially vacated her seat in Congress. She said in part that she had fears of becoming “the next Charlie Kirk.” Charlie was assassinated in September during a rally for his group, Turning Point USA. For his part, Donald has called Marjorie a traitor.
Marjorie says that many may believe the President’s staff is responsible for his controversial remarks. According to her, though, there may come a point soon when people come to grips with the fact that Donald’s comments and actions are, for her, just who he is. She doesn’t think the political-industrial complex will keep falling for Donald’s words, in her opinion.
Previously, Marjorie alleged that she was being treated unfairly by members of her own party while accusing the President of trying to destroy her. She had served the 14th district of Georgia from 2021 until 2026. She has since served as a guest host on occasions for The View.
