Cardi B’s Sheer Micro Minidress Gets an Upgrade With Thom Solo Boots

Cardi B turned heads in a sheer micro minidress. Known for her bold and unapologetic fashion choices, the “Hello” rapper put her best foot forward during the Super Bowl weekend. For the after-party, she paired her black dress with an iconic pair of Thom Solo boots.

Cardi B gives sheer micro minidress a dramatic twist with thigh-high Thom Solo boots

On February 8, Cardi B was one of the famous faces at the Raising Cane’s Super Bowl after-party in San Francisco. For the star-studded event, she put her own twist on the classic little black dress. The sheer micro minidress had a plunging V-shaped neckline and strategically placed opaque panels that prevented it from becoming overly revealing. It hugged her curves closely, while the bodice featured subtle sequin detailing.

The standout detail of the “Bodak Yellow” rapper’s look was the Thom Solo ruched Opera thigh-high boots from Act III. Crafted in glossy, black snakeskin-embossed leather, the boots featured a pointed toe and an exaggerated platform sole that added significant height. Boston-based shoe designer Thom Solo’s Opera Platform designs have been quite the rage amongst celebrities, including Lady Gaga and Beyoncé. In September 2025, he dropped five new versions of the shoe and six thigh-high styles.

Styled by Kollin Carter, Cardi B kept her accessories minimal, with a silver watch and sparkling earrings. Her long dark hair cascaded in voluminous waves, framing her face and adding a soft contrast to the striking outfit. Her glam was also minimal, featuring a nude lip, black eyeliner, and dramatic lashes.

Earlier that day, she had also shown up at the big game held at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. While she was there to support her boyfriend, Steffon Diggs, a wide receiver for the New England Patriots. She did not make an appearance until Bad Bunny took the stage for the Halftime Performance. For the show, she wore a nude dress from Zimmermann.
