Madison Beer has never been one to shy away from drama when it comes to fashion, and her latest look in a fully sheer high slit dress from Teodore Mata is more proof of that. The songstress is currently promoting her new album, “locket.” Recently, she sat down for an interview with Who What Wear and donned several iconic pieces.
Madison Beer poses in fully sheer lacy Teodore Mata dress with high slits for Who What Wear
For the photoshoot accompanying the “Who What Wear” February 2026 issue, Madison Beer slipped into a gown that was as daring as it was delicate. Crafted from 150 pairs of pantyhose, the hand-sewn dress is from the brand’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection, “Decoy.” It featured a striking contrast of textures, from the sheer pantyhose socks to the black lace paneling.
The floral-detailed lace formed parts of the bodice, adding depth and dimension while maintaining a romantic softness. Meanwhile, the sheer socks extended into shredded, ribbon-like panels that trailed toward the ground. The elongated panels gave it movement and an almost deconstructed edge, adding a raw, editorial quality to the gown.
The high slits completely stole the show, offering glimpses of her legs with every shift and amplifying the dress’s sultry appeal. The multiple slits created a layered reveal. Further, the interplay between exposure and concealment made the look captivating without feeling gratuitous.
Beer kept her accessories minimal with just subtle earrings. She completed the look with black shoes from Shushu/Tong, a Shanghai-based label. Her hair was styled sleek and straight, with a middle part and face-framing locks. Finally, her glam was soft and neutral, letting the dress stand out on its own. In other photos for the shoot, the songstress donned a black leather coat from Diesel, a sheer Gucci dress adorned wth fur, and a black-and-white sleeveless Marc Jacobs dress.
