Another legal matter involving Diddy appears to have been resolved. The disgraced rapper is serving time after being convicted of transportation for the purposes of prostitution. He and his son Christian Combs have been seemingly battling everybody lately, including a law firm which previously represented him and the music mogul.
Attorneys and paralegals logged countless hours for the two. While they couldn’t get all the charges against Diddy dropped, things could have been much worse without their hard work. A jury found the rapper not guilty of a racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.
Alleged unpaid legal fees were at the center of the dispute

Perhaps Diddy and Christian were a little low on funds. TMZ uncovered legal documents which show that the father-son duo did not pay multiple invoices to the firm Summa LLP. The documents show over 100 lawyer hours, and 90 paralegal hours had gone unpaid since March of last year.
That amounted to $53,688.35 owed to the firm, according to them. Some of those fees were in relation to another matter involving Christian. The man, also known as King, had previously been sued for alleged sexual assault by Grace O’Marcaigh.
The fees owed to the firm have reportedly been settled. Christian’s legal team had called on Donald Trump to grant him a pardon and release him early. Diddy was said to be bragging behind bars, believing this would happen. Donald, though, has said that the rapper will not get a pardon.
Grace claims to have suffered mental and emotional anguish during an alleged altercation on a yacht that Diddy supposedly chartered. She claims that Christian forced her down and forced her to perform oral sex despite her protests. Grace sued Christian for assault and Diddy for alleged aiding and abetting.
Diddy is scheduled to be released from prison in May 2028.
