Shia LaBeouf needs help. That’s according to Mia Goth, who reportedly wants the Disturbia actor to go to rehab. Her estranged husband is in some legal trouble once again following an incident during Mardi Gras celebrations in New Orleans last week.
Shia has had his share of run-ins with the law over the years, including disorderly conduct allegations in New York’s famed Studio 54 in 2014. His ex-girlfriend FKA Twigs previously accused him of abuse. He and Mia have one child together.

His diversion program doesn’t appear to have helped, so the actor might need more assistance. TMZ reports that Mia still loves Shia and wants him to be a part of their daughter’s life. As such, she is looking for him to check into a rehab facility and get the help he needs. Their daughter Isabel is three years old.
The latest incident involving Shia allegedly occurred last week, when he reportedly started a brawl. He was arrested and is facing two charges of simple battery. According to one of his alleged victim Shia was shouting gay slurs as police had him in handcuffs.
On Wednesday, less than an hour after his first court appearance on the matter, he was out and about as if nothing had happened. Shia was spotted at a pub-style restaurant on Wednesday afternoon, chowing down on a burger and fries. He was chatting with people about the Olympics and taking selfies, seemingly very content.
It was only just a few months ago that Shia had relocated to the Big Easy. He purchased a $1 million home in the area. He and Mia were married in 2016, separated two years later, and were heading for a divorce. They patched things up and reconciled their differences.
Shia has publicly said that Mia helped save his life. He’s said she was there for him and their child when he felt he didn’t deserve someone like her in his life.
