Rosie O’Donnell’s adopted daughter is in trouble once again. A written report from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections states that Chelsea’s probation was terminated late last year.
She’s back behind bars, according to reports, for some explosive allegations. Chelsea has had her share of run-ins with the law over the years. This latest incident is said to have occurred while she was driving a vehicle with a man inside.

Chelsea’s life is on blast for the wrong reasons yet again. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Chelsea Belle allegedly made a pass at another man. “After pushing her hand away, Ms. O’Donnell then touched his genitals,” revealed the documents. It’s reported that she did this without the man’s consent.
After the alleged incident, Chelsea reportedly began driving erratically, failing to pay attention to the road. It’s believed that she engaged in numerous sexual relationships between July and September 2025. If so, that’s in violation of her probation and rehabilitation program.
Upon speaking to officials, Chelsea reportedly denied the allegations. She told officials that everything was consensual. She did apparently admit to having sexual relationships with four others, though, while meeting someone through a dating app.
In October, Rosie asked people to pray for Chelsea, who’d been going through many issues. She said that Chelsea had been on “a painful journey.” Rosie left the United States for Ireland in March 2025.
The original sentence for Chelsea was 18 months. That means she had to abide by the rules, which officials claim she didn’t do. Among the previous issues Chelsea has faced were alleged drug use and child neglect.
In September, it was reported that she hadn’t made much progress in her rehabilitation efforts. She had been undergoing care at the Marinette County Treatment Drug Court Program to battle her addiction issues.
