Democratic Representatives are firing some serious accusations at the Attorney General. Ted Lieu and Dan Goldman believe that Pam Bondi lied while under oath.
They claim that this happened during a House Judiciary Committee hearing when the Attorney General denied that Donald Trump did anything wrong. This was in relation to the Jeffrey Epstein files, which contain millions of documents about the late sex offender’s dealings. Many politicians have blasted the release of those documents, which they believe have redacted the President’s name countless times. Now, Democrats are calling to action against Pam and the President.
Democrats want a special counsel investigation of AG Pam Bondi

Pam’s testimony evidently wasn’t convincing enough to some. Ted and Dan have sent a letter to Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. They are asking for a special counsel to investigate Pam’s statements. They believe many of the Epstein files directly contradict her statement that Donald didn’t do anything wrong.
The letter to Todd states that “America cannot have a liar and a criminal as our top law enforcement officer.” Ted has been a strong advocate blasting the Epstein files. He previously showed video footage of a young Donald at a party alongside Donald asking if underage women were present. Pam scoffed at that, believing it was just a way to deflect against all the great things Donald has done.
Ted had previously accused the Department of Justice of defending the President in the Epstein files. He said that Bill and Hillary Clinton’s names are being brought up to distract people from the fact that Donald’s name appears in the documents many times.
Both Ted and Dan also wrote about a 21-page internal slideshow presentation released by the Department of Justice. In that footage, a witness accused the President of punching her in the head and kicking her out. Another witness allegedly remembers Jeffrey introducing her to Donald, saying, “This is a good one, huh?” They claim Donald responded, “Yes.”
Ted told The Hill that Trump “should be prosecuted.” He adds that if Todd wants to protect him or defend him, then a special counsel should be appointed.
