Where Jennifer Lopez & Ex Marc Anthony Stand After Divorce — Source

Jennifer Lopez and ex Marc Anthony were married for almost a decade and became parents to twins before parting ways. However, despite the divorce, the exes have always prioritized their kids. A source has now shed more light on their relationship, saying that the two have “no ill will toward each other.”

‘Amicable’ Jennifer Lopez and ex Marc Anthony ‘have no ill will toward each other,’ per source

Jennifer Lopez and ex Marc Anthony got married in 2004 and welcomed twins, Max and Emme, in 2008. However, the couple parted ways and divorced in 2014. Despite this, the exes have always prioritized their kids’ well-being and co-parent their children amicably.

According to Hello Magazine, talking about her ex, Lopez once shared on Live With Kelly that she and her former husband are “always gonna be great friends. I’m always gonna be there for him; he’s always gonna be there for me.”

And it seems it’s true as a source also told US Weekly that the “Jennifer and Marc are amicable. They have no ill will toward each other,” stressing that the former couple “understand each other and their unconventional lifestyles.”

Despite having busy schedules, the parents try their best to spend time with their kids, who recently turned 18. The kids “have had a very atypical childhood” with shifting bases “between New York, Florida, and California,” but they got to live “at home with Jennifer” during their schooling in California.

However, when the twins were little, “they definitely spent more time with [Anthony], and he would do what he could to accommodate their schedule, even sending private jets to bring them to see him,” said the source. “But that became more difficult and more infrequent” due to various reasons like “kids getting older and being in boarding school, Marc traveling.”

The tipster further stated that although “Jennifer is the primary parent,” her ex “is a very loving father” who “loves all of his children” and “provides for them financially.”

Anthony, who is already a father of seven kids, is expecting his eighth child with his current wife, Nadia Ferreira. The couple is also parents to a son. This will be their second child together.
