Radar revealed the release of alarming 911 dispatch audio from Britney’s DUI arrest.

The 911 call, which was obtained by Page Six, reveals the “I Did It Again” singer was speeding and swerving. In the audio, dispatchers said there was a “Black BMW sedan in and out of lanes” that was going over the speed limit.

On the audio, an officer requests “all units” head “down towards this area, please.” Other police units respond and track the car. The officer confirms, “This is a 2026 black BMW convertible.” Britney was then pulled over by California Highway Patrol, handcuffed by about 9:30 p.m. and arrested.

She was then taken to the hospital for a blood alcohol test. Britney told people her BAC was 0.06%, under the legal limit of 0.08%. However, law enforcement results have not yet been released.

According to Ventura County Sheriff inmate records, Britney was immediately released from jail. Radar reports her court date for the DUI is May 4.

“This was an unfortunate incident that is completely inexcusable,” said Britney’s manager,

Cade Huson, to TMZ. “Britney is going to take the right steps and comply with the law and hopefully this can be the first step in long overdue change that needs to occur in Britney’s life. Hopefully, she can get the help and support she needs during this difficult time. Her boys are going to be spending time with her,” Hudson added. “Her loved ones are going to come up with an overdue needed plan to set her up for success for well-being.”
