Logan Paul Takes Aim at Critics Labeling Him a ‘Scammer’

Logan Paul is taking a bold stance, drawing a line in the sand against online critics. The WWE wrestler has recently announced plans to serve lawsuits to individuals using the term “scammer” to describe him. The influencer’s move has sent shockwaves through social media, sparking intense curiosity about what triggered the bold move.

Logan Paul has made it clear he’s ready to take on critics head-on. The YouTuber stated that he’s “looking forward” to using legal channels to tackle those spreading what he calls “false narratives” about him online, specifically those labelling him a “scammer.”

For those curious about what sparked his decision, a lawsuit against Paul over his CryptoZoo NFTs was dismissed in late October. The drama started when CryptoZoo, a blockchain-based game, failed to deliver on its promises, leaving investors angry and out of pocket. The suit, initially filed in 2023, claimed CryptoZoo was a “scam”, despite Paul’s offer to refund investors. The boxing pro had set aside nearly $2 million to buy back CryptoZoo eggs.

The refund offer led to a heated exchange between Paul and YouTuber CoffeeZilla. CoffeeZilla had covered CryptoZoo, calling it a “scam”, prompting Paul’s legal response. Now, the YouTuber is facing a lawsuit from Paul, with a trial set for April. Meanwhile, the court has now cleared Paul of the allegations.

On the Iced Coffee Hour Podcast, Paul said he is “looking forward” to seeing them in the legal arena. The 30-year-old further pointed out that some people create content about him simply to gain attention and profit from it.

“Bro, God bless you, get that bread, but when you lie over and over again, video after video, time and time again, and you know you’re lying. Eventually, you may find yourself being held accountable in a court,” Paul explained. In response, Coffeezilla, aka Stephen Findeisen, alleges the lawsuit is a tactic to silence him from investigating other Paul ventures, like Liquid Marketplace.
