As part of the investigation into Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance, a home nearby was searched on Thursday, February 5. FBI agents and local investigators looked at the garage and driveway of the nearby house.
Investigators also spoke with many neighbors in the near vicinity, as the search enters month two. Nancy has been missing since February 1, after she didn’t attend a virtual church service with friends.

According to OK magazine, the FBI and Arizona’s Pima County Sheriff’s Department are discouraged with the minimal solid leads.
In an interview with NewsNation, Sgt. Aaron Cross, president of Pima County Deputies Organization, said, “Everybody wishes that we had some hot leads, that the whole department’s working, trying to run down to solve this quickly. So, the fact that we’re reducing the amount of manpower working it, I mean, it’s hard to say what kind of sign that signals.”
Some leads haven’t panned out. A glove found near Nancy’s house tested for DNA belonged to a local restaurant employee.
Nancy’s pacemaker data also is being analyzed. It was disconnected from her phone on February 1 at 2:30 a.m. Footage from a neighborhood doorbell camera show a car passing by at that time. Nancy’s doorbell camera show a suspect with average build standing between 5’9” and 5’10” and holding an Ozark Trail Hiker Pack.
Ransom demands for cryptocurrency received by TMZ have not been verified. The Guthrie family has put up a $1 million reward for information leading to their loved one’s recovery. The FBI also is offering a $100,000 reward.
Nancy’s daughter, Savannah, left Arizona to visit with her colleagues at the Today Show on March 5. She plans to resume her co-hosting duties, but a date has not been specified for her return.
