Ryan Reynolds and his actress-wife, Blake Lively, were spotted on camera showcasing some love at the Wrexham match in Wales. Reynolds co-owns the team alongside Rob McElhenney. The team was playing against Chelsea in Wales on Saturday, March 7. The married couple’s public outing comes amid Lively’s ongoing legal tussle with her It Ends with Us costar and director Justin Baldoni.

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively pack in wholesome PDA at the Wrexham match in Wales. Cameras captured Reynolds and Lively hugging and kissing during the Football Association Challenge Cup (FA Cup) match between Wrexham and Chelsea.
The married couple was dressed in casual clothes and didn’t leave each other’s side throughout the match. The Deadpool star looked dapper in a gray sweatshirt with jeans. On the other hand, The Shallows star donned a denim jacket with matching bottoms and a striped shirt. At one point, the cameras captured the Green Lantern couple in a loving embrace. In another photo, Lively gave her husband a back hug and appeared to rest her head on his shoulder as they both looked on at the game.
The couple focused on the match intently, cheering for their team. Unfortunately for them, Chelsea beat Wrexham 4–2, and Wrexham was ultimately eliminated from the tournament. Following the match, the A Simple Favor actress shared a sweet, smiling selfie with her husband posing on the empty field. Lively wrote on her Instagram Stories, “What. A. Game,” and tagged the Instagram handles for Chelsea and Wrexham.
The celebrity couple’s outing comes four months after Lively shared a pre-Thanksgiving date night selfie with Reynolds on November 26.
Lively is currently in the midst of her legal battle with Baldoni. She sued her It Ends With Us director and on-screen love interest in December 2024, alleging sexual harassment. Baldoni denied it and launched a counter legal case against the actress.
