Chelsea Handler has shared an insight into her new romantic relationship in a new Instagram post.
The comedian shared a photo dump of a recent trip with her 5.4 million followers on the social media app on Monday. Chelsea revealed she had recently visited Istanbul, Turkey’s largest city. In several photos, a mysterious man in sunglasses can be seen with her.

“I swung by Istanbul after Finland to check out what goes down during Ramadan,” she said, referring to the Islamic holy month. “What a city.”
“If I retained 50% of what I learned about the Byzantine, Ottoman, and Arabian Empires, I am much more knowledgeable than when I left,” she continued. “What a gorgeous, history-filled trip with a nice injection of my signature nonsense.”
The man was left untagged and unnamed in the post shared by Chelsea. However, the comic did previously reveal she had a new boyfriend, whom she met during a game of blackjack in Las Vegas.
In an interview with Neon, she discussed their meet-cute, referring to him only as “Cowboy”.
“I had to ask this guy sitting at a blackjack table who was wearing a cowboy hat, he had a lot of chips, like, thousands of dollars,” Chelsea said. She went on to explain how they got talking. “I was like, ‘Hey, buddy, can I borrow $1,000? I’m gonna start winning right away.’ And he was like, ‘Yeah, absolutely!’ So he gave me $1,000.”
She then won and paid him back immediately. But that wasn’t the best part of the trip, with the host getting a surprise text, reading “I had so much fun last night with you.”
“I’m like, Who is texting me? And my friend says, ‘Oh, that’s the cowboy from the blackjack table. I gave him your number because you guys were so cute together,” Handler said. “‘He loaned you that money, you paid him back, you guys were really flirty.’”
Their next meeting was even better. “I sent him a link to this trip I went on in Antarctica, and then he bought a ticket and met me there,” she said. “I’m still going strong with this guy. It’s hot, and a woman like me needs a big move like that.”
