Rita Ora recently revealed why freezing her eggs was the best decision she ever made. During her latest magazine interview, the 35-year-old opened up about health and longevity. Being a fitness enthusiast, the singer claimed that she prioritizes her health because of her past.
At present, she is grateful to the doctor who advised her to freeze eggs at the age of 24. Although Ora has no plans of having a baby yet, she admitted to being happy with the decision.

Rita Ora recently shared her egg freezing story, claiming she got the “best advice.” In an interview with Women’s Health Magazine, the songwriter revealed how “everyone went mad” when she decided to freeze her eggs. Apparently, at the age of 24, a doctor advised her that “it was a really good time to preserve the best quality [eggs].”
Ora implied that people around her were reportedly not open-minded about such a modern solution. Despite that, the actress decided to go for it. She went through the procedure once at the age of 24 and then, at 27.
Recalling the doctor’s guidance, Ora said, “It was actually the best advice.” She continued, “Because now I’m in my mid-thirties and I have a lot of friends really trying to figure it out.”
Meanwhile, the singer has been enjoying her married life with Taika Waititi, from “Jojo Rabbit” fame. After their engagement in Palm Springs, they tied the knot at their home in Hollywood Hills in 2022.
Although Ora has not yet planned for a baby, she seemingly enjoys being a stepmother. Waititi shares two kids, Te Kāinga o te Hinekāhu and Matewa Kiritapu, with ex-wife Chelsea Winstanley.
“I’m like the fairy godmother [who] gives them all the sugar and all the ice cream, and then sends them back. And their mother, who I love dearly, is like, ‘They’re bouncing off the walls,’” Ora told PEOPLE about her step kids.
