Jennifer Lopez apparently has her eyes set on a certain Puerto Rican musician. The Lets Get Loud singer reportedly wants to get closer to Bad Bunny – and not just in the professional sense. According to an insider, JLo thinks cozying up to him could help her claw back her popularity.
A source claims JLo is “very stressed about her popularity”
JLo’s comeback effort wasn’t exactly a roaring success. Her latest album This Is Me… Now was a flop (not to mention that accompanying short film), resulting in it being dropped by label BMG. Ticket sales for her 2025 were also disappointing, with several shows downgraded from stadiums to hotel venues.
Bad Bunny can’t relate. With the Superbowl performance and Billboard number one under his belt, he’s got the world at his feet right now. This hasn’t gone unnoticed by JLo, and she apparently wants a slice of his action.
An insider told Radar Online: “She’s very stressed about her popularity right now and is convinced cuddling up with Bad Bunny could give her the boost she needs.”
Another source added: “She’s planning to invite him and his entourage for a party at her place so they get the press buzzing about the combo.”
While a musical collab could be on the cards, JLo may end up disappointed if she really is looking for romance. BB has been spotted with on-off girlfriend Gabriela Berlingeri recently, including during his visit to Brazil last month.
Still, that may not stop the Latin Trap star from giving in to temptation. The insider added: “He’s a big fan of hers, so no doubt he’ll say yes to whatever she wants. At first it will be to help with her career. But it’s likely to be a lot more. He’s a real ladies’ man.”
